Plus applicable tax, shown before you confirm payment. Your first charge is due when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. There is no annual commitment or advertised free trial.
Manage billing
- Sign in to your PitchMark Analysis account with the email associated with your membership.
- Choose Manage billing to open Stripe’s customer portal.
- Update your payment method or view and download invoices there.
Cancel future renewals
Sign in to your account, choose Cancel subscription and finish the confirmation in Stripe. You can also cancel through Manage billing. Cancel before the next renewal shown in Stripe to avoid that renewal charge. Return to PitchMark Analysis to check your membership status and access-end date.
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid billing period. Your workspace remains available until then. Cancellation does not delete your account, original videos or saved projects. Download a project backup before your access ends so you keep an editable copy of your work.
Signing out, uninstalling the app or clearing browser data does not cancel billing. If you cannot sign in or use the portal, request cancellation through info@nxtlvlhighlights.com from your account email.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Include your account email, payment date, receipt or invoice number, and the reason for your request. We consider billing errors and problems using the service. A refund is not automatically issued when you cancel, and unused time is not automatically refunded.
Request a refund through info@nxtlvlhighlights.com. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. The time they take to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will confirm the outcome and explain whether access is ending.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
Payment problems
If a renewal fails, open Manage billing to review the payment and update your details. An unpaid renewal does not add another month of access. If a payment succeeded but access did not update, choose Check membership and contact support if it remains unavailable.
