What PitchMark Analysis processes, why it is needed and the choices you have.

Who we are

PitchMark Analysis is provided by Next Level Highlights LLC, Colorado, United States. This policy covers pitchmarkanalysis.com and app.pitchmarkanalysis.com. Contact info@nxtlvlhighlights.com for privacy questions or requests.

Footage and analysis

When you import a local video, PitchMark Analysis processes it in your browser. The analysis feature does not upload your original videos, drawings, player tracks, freeze timings or tactical boards to our servers. Projects can contain video filenames, file sizes, modification times, notes and player or team names you enter.

Browser saves are separated by signed-in account on that browser. They do not sync to another device and are not encrypted by PitchMark Analysis in browser storage. Original videos and downloaded exports or project backups remain wherever you save them. Anyone with access to your device, browser profile or backup files may be able to access them.

If you open a remote video address, its source server receives the request. If you choose to send us footage or project files for support, that is separate from local analysis and the information you send becomes part of the support conversation.

Account, payment and support information

  • Account information: your email address, a user identifier, account creation information and authentication/session records. We use email codes for sign-in and do not ask you to create a PitchMark Analysis password.
  • Billing information: Stripe customer, checkout and subscription references; payment and subscription status; paid-through dates; and cancellation state. We also retain subscription email content and recipients, send attempts, delivery identifiers and delivery outcomes so we can send required notices and investigate failures. Stripe collects payment and billing information, including details needed for tax. PitchMark Analysis’s application database does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Support information: contact details, messages and any files you choose to provide when asking for help.
  • Service and security information: request information such as IP addresses, service logs and error information. Abuse prevention uses hashes of email, IP or user identifiers together with request counters and timestamps. A hash does not necessarily make information anonymous.

We use this information to provide access, process subscriptions, send sign-in and service messages, resolve requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers to run PitchMark Analysis. Relevant providers include Supabase for authentication; Resend for sign-in and subscription email delivery; Stripe for payments, subscriptions and its billing portal; and hosting infrastructure supplied through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare.

Providers receive information needed for their services and may process information in countries other than yours. Their responsibilities and privacy practices depend on the service they provide. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to investigate fraud or protect people and the service.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics on our website, we collect the page path, visit time, a random visit identifier and a random browser identifier to estimate views and visitors. The browser identifier expires after 30 days. We do not collect search parameters, full referring URLs or link these website identifiers to your account.

If you allow analytics in the account app, the analysis workspace can send your account identifier and an activity update about once a minute while visible and recently interacted with, or while a video is playing. The owner can see your account email and last active time. This estimates software use; it does not record your screen, videos, filenames, drawings, tracks, player names or notes. Owner activity is excluded.

Analytics are optional and off until allowed. Use Analytics settings in the website footer, account footer or workspace header to allow or stop collection. The website and account app keep separate choices on each browser. Stopping collection does not delete records already received. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these optional analytics. No third-party advertising analytics service receives these events.

Traffic and activity reports cover up to 30 days. Older analytics records are excluded and deleted when the next analytics collection or dashboard request runs. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Existing account and billing records have separate retention as described below. Requests also pass through our hosting providers; their security logs and our short-lived, hashed abuse-prevention records are separate from analytics.

Cookies and browser storage

PitchMark Analysis uses necessary sign-in cookies: an access cookie lasting up to one hour, and a refresh cookie lasting up to 30 days from when it is set or renewed. These are protected from ordinary page scripts. Their expiry does not mean your account or all provider records have been deleted. Infrastructure providers may also use security cookies.

Local storage holds your saved projects, appearance preference and a marker used to detect account changes between tabs. Signing out clears this browser’s PitchMark Analysis sign-in cookies but does not erase local projects or sign out every other device.

We have not added advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers to these sites. Optional analytics remain off when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. External services and links have their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Account and billing records do not currently have a scheduled automatic deletion date. They are retained to operate your account, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet applicable requirements. Support records and provider logs follow the practices of the services handling them; we do not promise a single deletion deadline for all systems.

To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact info@nxtlvlhighlights.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity. We will review requests under applicable law and explain any records that must be retained. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights or a right to complain to a privacy regulator.

Cancel your subscription separately if you want future billing to stop. Local projects have no automatic expiry, but your browser can clear or evict them. Download a project backup before clearing site data. You control deletion of the files and backups saved on your own devices.

Young people and footage permissions

PitchMark Analysis is intended for adult account holders. If you analyze footage of young players or enter their names, make sure you have the permissions needed for your use and for anything you share. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us.

Changes to this policy

We will publish changes on this page and update the date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes through your account or a service message.
