My email code has not arrived.
Check your spam folder and confirm you entered the right email. Wait for Resend code to become available, then use the newest code. If you have already paid, use the email associated with that PitchMark Analysis account.
I paid, but the workspace is still locked.
Return to your account using the same sign-in email you used before checkout, then choose Check membership. If access is still unavailable, contact support with your payment receipt. Avoid paying again while the first payment is being checked.
The tracking marker drifts from the player.
Tracking is in beta. Start on a clear view of the player and use a close circle or feet marker. Choose a duration or To clip end. If tracking pauses, select the same player in the paused frame to continue. You can correct individual frames and continue an unfinished track. Overlapping players, camera cuts and unclear footage can need more corrections.
A marking appears at the wrong time.
Select that marking in the markup list and adjust its own start and duration. A freeze frame has two separate settings: its position in the original video and how long to hold it. After changing a track’s requested duration, choose Re-track player to apply the new range.
My export is a picture, not a video.
Export frame creates a still image. Use the Export video section and choose Download marked video for the full clip. The export includes markings, tracks and freeze holds, with optional original audio.
Video export is slow or stops.
Keep the tab open and visible. Export takes roughly the clip’s playing time plus freeze holds. Try a shorter clip or 720p if your device struggles. The output is MP4 when supported, otherwise WebM. Linked videos cannot be exported; import the original local video file.
How do I make a board progression?
Place your players and the ball, choose Add movement, then drag them to their next positions. Add more movements as needed. Adjust each step’s Move here in timing, then choose Play or Export progression. Reset board returns the players to their formations and clears marks and steps; Undo restores the reset if needed.
How do I save and restore my analysis?
Use Download project to keep a backup. Later choose Open project, select the JSON file and use Choose original video to reconnect the footage. A project contains markings, tracks, timings and board data, but not the video itself. Browser saves do not sync across devices.
I see “Save needs attention.”
Keep the tab open and download a project backup before leaving. You can try Retry save. A new backup contains your currently loaded work; it cannot recover an earlier save that failed to load. Do not clear browser data while an earlier save remains unreadable, even after downloading your current work. Contact support first so the original stays available for recovery.
I canceled. Why can I still use the workspace?
A normal cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access available until the end of your paid period. Your account shows the access-end date. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Still need a hand?
