About these terms
These terms govern use of PitchMark Analysis, provided by Next Level Highlights LLC, Colorado, United States. They apply alongside the Billing & cancellation policy. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Contact info@nxtlvlhighlights.com if you have questions.
Your account
You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement where you live, or act with authority for the organization purchasing the subscription. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in email secure and do not share sign-in codes. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
A paid subscription gives its account holder access to the PitchMark Analysis workspace while the membership is active. Do not resell account access, share an account to avoid separate subscriptions or try to bypass membership controls.
What PitchMark Analysis provides
PitchMark Analysis provides browser tools for football video marking, player tracking with corrections, freeze frames, video and image exports, and tactical boards. Tracking can need manual corrections, particularly around camera changes, occlusion or unclear footage. Results should be reviewed before you rely on or share them.
Browser and device capabilities affect playback and export. MP4 is available where supported; other supported browsers produce WebM. Export requires the tab to stay visible and takes roughly the clip’s playing time plus freeze holds. An internet connection is required for account access.
Payment and renewal
The monthly price for new subscriptions is $14.99 USD plus applicable tax, shown at checkout. Your first charge is due when you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. Review the total and recurring payment terms before confirming the purchase through Stripe.
Cancel before the next renewal through Account → Cancel subscription. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Read the cancellation instructions and refund policy for details. If we change the price of a future renewal, we will give advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
Your footage and work
You keep any rights you hold in your footage and analysis. You give PitchMark Analysis permission to process files locally as needed to provide the features you use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use and share videos, audio, names and other content, including footage involving minors.
Do not use PitchMark Analysis for unlawful content, harassment, copyright infringement or unauthorized disclosure of someone else’s information. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or use it to harm others.
Keep your backups
Videos and project work are processed locally. Browser saves are not cloud backups, do not sync across devices and may be removed by browser settings or storage limits. Use Download project and keep the original footage if you want to restore an editable project later.
Download your work before a subscription ends. Canceling billing, signing out or deleting an account does not automatically remove files saved on your device.
Service changes and problems
We may maintain or update the service and may suspend access where needed to address misuse, security threats or unpaid subscriptions. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate tracking on every clip.
If the service does not work as described, contact support so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy, including any refund required by law. If we discontinue paid access, we will notify affected customers and explain what happens to their remaining paid period.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
